An Olympic Cross-Country Skier Shares Her Favorite Kitchen Tool — Winter Olympics
Cross-country skier Kikkan Randall made her Olympic debut at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. She was just 19 years old. In the past 16 years she has transformed the sport and been an inspiration to a new generation of athletes. In 2012 she became the first woman to win a world cup title in almost 30 years. She's going after her first Olympic medal this year in South Korea. Oh, and did I mention that on top of all her incredible accomplishments she's a mom? She gave birth to her son Breck in 2016.
Before she went to South Korea, we had a chance to catch up with Randall to ask her about her favorite things in her kitchen, including the things she always has in her pantry and her favorite cooking tool for quick meals.
