This "Tuscan Cottage" Kitchen Got a Modern Makeover — Kitchen Makeovers

This kitchen has a few of the same issues that my own kitchen has — mismatched countertops, dated details, cabinets stained a color I don't care for — so I was so curious to see how it was improved. Perhaps there would be a few ideas I could steal!
